Products are delivered Monday to Friday, during office hours. No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

Always choose an address where someone will be present to receive the package. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a concierge, please also indicate the name of the person who will receive the package.

FRANCE: Express Colissimo delivery is free for any purchase over €250.

EUROPEAN UNION: Colissimo International delivery at 25€

UNITED STATES: Colissimo International delivery at €50

PARIS: Courier delivery at €40, Monday to Friday



Deadline for returning an item

The customer has a legal period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods.
The procedures for exercising this right of withdrawal are mentioned in the “Return conditions” paragraph below. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The customer will be fully reimbursed for the sums paid upon receipt and verification of the return of his articles and at the latest within 14 days following the date on which he exercised his right of withdrawal. Lajack will reimburse the Customer using the same means of reimbursement as that used for the initial transaction.
For the withdrawal period to be respected, the Customer must send us his communication relating to the exercise of his right before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Return conditions
The returned item(s) must be new, unused and in their original box, perfectly intact.
Any return must be the subject of a return request from the Contact page.
The customer can make a single online return request per order:
If the customer's order includes several items and he wishes to return more than one item, he must request the return of all these items he wishes to exchange or be reimbursed in a single email.
Condition of items
All returned items must be returned perfectly intact.

Upon receipt of the package, will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and such use or damage renders the items unfit for sale. If the return is refused by , the items will then be returned to the customer at his own expense without the customer being able to claim any compensation or right to reimbursement, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of his warranty rights on the goods sold.

Refund of returns

Subject to compliance with these return conditions and exclusively for returns made using the slip sent, will refund the returned items within 7 days of the return to stock of the goods.
